Returns and refunds

Because our products are personal care items, we can’t accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the product and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. You won’t need to ship the item back.

Unopened items
If you change your mind about an unopened, unused product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll let you know if a return is possible and give you the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Cancellations
Orders are sent to fulfillment quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee a cancellation once the order is in processing.
