Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time. Orders are prepared and packed within up to 10 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery time. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll get an email with tracking details when it ships.

Shipping rates. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Delays. Delays can happen during busy periods, weather events, or carrier issues. We’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Wrong address. Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can’t redirect an order once it has shipped, and we aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided.

Lost or damaged packages. If your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, email ershadulrokoni@gmail.com and we’ll help you.
